Indian Army Soldiers Tear Up After Watching Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel Film: Gadar 2 FIRST Review

A special screening of the highly anticipated Gadar 2 for the Indian Army was held by Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel two days before to its release. The actors were in Delhi for the same reason, along with their crew. The Indian Army reportedly adored the movie and praised the performers’ work. They all agreed on this in their replies.

The top brass of the Indian Army saw Gadar 2 last night with their separate families, according to a source close to Bollywood Hungama. The film’s creators were overjoyed to observe their reaction, which included sobbing and applause throughout the viewing. They liked Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma’s performances.

The insider said, “Even greater than Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, they responded thunderously to the film during its premiere. Last night, when they walked out of the theater, they yelled “Hindustan Zindabad.” The audience’s reaction was quite enthusiastic and supportive.

The movie Gadar 2 is slated to hit theaters on August 11th, 2023. The 1971 Indo-Pakistan War serves as the setting for Anil Sharma’s film, which is directed by him. The trailer teases action, drama, and Tara Singh’s famous screams. The clip also seems to make reference to the well-known handpump sequence.

Sunny Deol had stated about the movie, “I am highly grateful to the fans for their unwavering support for Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, and I assure you that Gadar 2 will deliver double the action, emotions, and entertainment.” Anil Sharma, the director, said, “We are excited about bringing back a story that epitomizes patriotism, intense action, a heartwarming father-son bond, and a love story that transcends all boundaries.”

On August 11, Gadar 2 will compete alongside Akshay Kumar’s Oh My God 2. I don’t see why people compare, Sunny had previously commented in a conversation with Etimes when asked about it. People believed that Gadar was a masala movie, saying things like “yeh purani type ki picture hai, purane type ke gaane hai.” On the other side, Lagaan was regarded as a classic, etc. Gadar had been utterly demolished by the so-called movie talkers. People eventually adopted it as their own and adored it.
