Star Janhvi Kapoor and actor Shikhar Pahariya arrived at the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain on Monday. Rumor has it that Janhvi and Shikhar have been dating for a while since they are often seen together at temples. News agency ANI has now posted photos of them from the Mahakaleshwar shrine. Orhan Awatramani is missed by Janhvi Kapoor.

Janhvi chose to wear a pink saree for the temple visit, while Shikhar donned a white kurta. Janhvi reportedly took part in the early morning bhasma aarti, according to ANI. She participated in unique rites as well. Shikhar accompanied her to the puja. Janhvi was blessed by temple priests and given a picture of Baba Mahakal. Janhvi hasn’t posted any pictures from her vacation to Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, on social media yet.

Rumor has it that Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya have been dating for a while. They haven’t acknowledged or disputed their connection. In paparazzi pictures and videos, the two are often seen together when out and about.

The connection between Janhvi and Shikhar is not as recent as many may believe. Shikhar allegedly dated Janhvi for a number of years before. But it’s thought that the two broke up for unspecified reasons. During a Koffee With Karan show last year, director Karan Johar came dangerously close to confirming Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya’s previous romance. Sara Ali Khan, who supposedly dated Veer Pahariya, the brother of Shikhar Pahariya, made an appearance with Janhvi. While Sara and Veer are reportedly no longer together, Janhvi and Shikhar were able to reconcile.

Shikhar Pahariya is who?
Shikhar is the grandson of Sushil Kumar Shinde, the former chief minister of Maharashtra. His line of work is entrepreneurship.

Janhvi is ready to make her Telugu film debut with Devara. She recently told Galatta Plus, “I have shot for the film for three days,” in reference to starting the film shoot. It was quite cozy. They were quite affectionate. I’ve been yearning to accomplish all of this for a very long time. It was the most freeing thing when I walked to the set and got the brief, and then I simply had fun in front of the camera. Even the folks over there gave me a warm welcome. It was comforting, like returning home.
