Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sobhita Dhulipala discuss how they respond to hate on social media: “I am eager to receive validation from others.”

Recently, Sobhita Dhulipala and Kareena Kapoor Khan discussed the value of mental health and their approaches to social media management. The dispute between theater and OTT was clarified by both actresses.

Kareena said that everything else is a waste if one does not have sufficient mental serenity at a recent summit hosted by ABP News. “I think that’s the most important thing,” Kareena said, “and happiness depends on self-preservation.”

This never-ending struggle is what I like.
Sobhita spoke on “The Evolution of a Self-Made Actor” at the same event. She revealed that receiving praises never gave her any anxiety. Every time someone approaches her and offers encouraging words amid the realm of criticism, she feels amazing and motivated.
Kareena spoke on how social media is both a benefit and a burden for them these days, but she insisted that she is never impacted or obsessed by it. “It seems like everyone is looking at you closely these days.” Everyone is writing a review and everyone has an opinion. The actress said, “The idea is that I know how to channelize my life and know when to pull back on social media.”
Simultaneously, Sobhita spoke on her experience as an actress seeking approval from others, stating that when someone persists in seeking approval even after being given the opportunity and recognition, they will never be acknowledged in this way. I eagerly await the approval of others. My relatives are warned not to use social media by me. It is not a useful instrument. “I advise them to make investments in relationships,” said Sobhita.
Kareena also examined the way Indian film is juggling theaters and OTT. She cited the COVID-19 pandemic as the primary cause of this shift. People have been consuming a lot of digital stuff over the last two years. It has accustomed us to eating a variety of foods. Perhaps people’s perceptions of what they watch have changed. In our hearts, however, nothing beats seeing a movie with your family. And with the success of films like “Jawaan” and “Pathaan” in cinemas, that sentiment is returning. The pleasure of sharing a movie with others is missed. Even lesser films are bringing in 80–90 crores, but Sobhita thinks that this doesn’t really matter since performers still do the same kind of labor.

Regarding her career, Kareena will be seen in “The Crew” with Tabu and Kriti Sanon, while Sobhita will make her Hollywood debut in “The Monkey Man.”
