Shah Rukh Khan’s co-star Makarand Deshpande in “Swades” claims that he was given THIS enormous sum for a close-up picture

Makarand Deshpande, who acted with Shah Rukh Khan in the films “Cirkus” and “Swades,” revealed an unexpected tale. He said that at one point, fans would shell out enormous amounts of money in order to have a single close-up of the celebrity.

An interesting occurrence was revealed by Makarand Deshpande in an interview with Lallantop Cinema. He said that his producer had agreed to provide the money required for their movie, but only if Deshpande could get a close-up of Shah Rukh Khan.
Recalling the man’s comments, Makarand thought back to the offer he had received: “Is it possible to have a close-up of Shah Rukh? I’ll pay you one crore rupees if you do.” He considered the changing dynamics, pointing out that while interacting with celebrities on social media is now simpler, it used to be difficult.

The “Sarfarosh” actor said that Shah Rukh personally asked questions about the filming and the financial difficulties. Then Shah Rukh said, “I’ll bring the camera; you won’t bring the camera. Gather your camera crew, and let’s begin shooting.” For his shot, the director therefore only used Shah Rukh Khan’s vehicle and camera.
The director of “Sona Spa” remarked on the differences in each of their individual professions as they reflected on their reunion for “Swades” after 13 years apart. Shah Rukh had become the next Khan; Ashutosh Gowariker had directed an Oscar-nominated picture; and he had turned his attention to the stage. Shah Rukh was pleasantly delighted to learn of his latest work upon meeting him, despite these changes.
