Sonakshi Sinha Purchases New Mumbai Apartment for Rs. 11 Crore; Details

Sonakshi Sinha, a Bollywood actress, has acquired ownership of another high-rise property in an exclusive neighborhood of Mumbai, India’s financial hub. According to reports, internet service Zapkey evaluated the property and said the opulent home is worth an astounding Rs 11 crore. The apartment, allegedly measuring 2208.77 square feet, is located on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation. According to reports, the new house has a number of amenities, including a foyer, a 348 square foot expansion, and parking for around four automobiles.

According to reports, Sonakshi Sinha and Pyramid Developers have already signed a property agreement with an August 2023 registration date. The Dabangg actor reportedly paid about Rs 30,000 in registration fees and Rs 55 lakh in stamp duty, if the claim is to be believed. Note that Sonakshi Sinha has neither verified or disputed the acquisition of the property.

What makes this development noteworthy, however, is that Sonakshi Sinha was recently seen furnishing a house with brand-new couch sets.

The picturesque sea view from her window was captured in the Instagram image that was posted in May. The area is filled with covered furnishings, and a shadowy figure of the actress seems to be posing for many pictures. The vintage pictures included an amusing message that said, “Adulting is a tough task,” from a Bollywood diva.

Adulting is difficult! Plants, pots, lights, beds, pillows, cushions, chairs, tables, forks, spoons, sinks, and containers are circling in your head. Aaargh! Decorating a home is not simple, she remarked next to the images.

It’s still not clear, however, if the home in the post is the one she just bought. Sonakshi Sinha most recently portrayed a tough officer in the criminal thriller web series Dahaad on Amazon Prime Video. With Ritesh Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem, she will next be seen in the horror-comedy film Kakuda, which is expected to be released by the end of 2023. She is also working on many other projects, such as Heeramandi, Nikita Roy, The Book of Darkness, and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
