Sunny Hinduja, an actor from “Aspirants,” talks about his struggles to gain his first big break in show business

After the TVF drama “Aspirants” debuted in 2021, it garnered a lot of praise and attention, which helped the show’s amazing and talented cast become well-known throughout the nation. With a sympathetic plot and cast of characters, the program rose to the top of the IMDb ratings thanks to widespread praise.

Now that the much anticipated program has returned with a fresh season, fans are praising it just as much. Sunny Hinduja, a talented actor and former FTII student, portrayed Sandeep Bhaiya in the show. His nuanced portrayal won over many hearts, and as a result, he was given a spinoff series based on the role. Millions of people were moved by Sandeep Bhaiya’s fiery manner, scathing advise, and down-to-earth outlook on life.

“The writers of ‘Aspirants’ have given Sandeep Bhaiya a very nice line – ‘Failure se aag banao, aur uss aag ko fuel banao jo aapko aapki life mein kaam aaye.'” Sunny candidly discussed his career trajectory and efforts to get his first major break. I experienced the same thing in real life. My spouse used to make jokes that if there was a prize for doing the most auditions ever, I would have won it since I did so many auditions before I had Aspirants.

“Rejections were a common part of my profession,” he said. But I made the decision to use my rejections as opportunities to grow myself. I watched and practiced, so that I would become unrejectable, audition after audition. I used to hear that my appearance didn’t match a character, but I auditioned for programs like “Aspirants” and “Inside Edge” and got those roles that ended up being very memorable by using all I had learned.”

The second season of “Aspirants” immerses viewers in the demanding world of competitive tests and the arduous path taken by Indian civil officials and hopefuls for the IAS. In this slice-of-life drama, which is directed by Apoorv Singh Karki again, Naveen Kasturia, Sunny Hinduja, Shivankit Singh Parihar, Abhilash Thapliyal, and Namita Dubey all play well-known parts again. Prime Video is now offering “Aspirants” seasons one and two for streaming.
