The creators of Pushpa 2 deny any postponement rumors and confirm August 15 as the release date

Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun, has been in the news for a while now. The film’s release is much anticipated by the audience. The much-anticipated film’s release date was previously said to have been pushed back due to a conflict with Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s action thriller Singham Again. August 15 of this year was supposed to be the release date for both films. It turns out to be only a rumor now. The release date of Pushpa 2 has not been postponed by the developers. Pushpa 2 is set to release globally on August 15th, as the team behind the project has officially stated.

On Pusha’s official Twitter profile, a message wishing the viewers a happy new year was published. The caption says, “Rule Pushpa Ka for 2024.” This year, Pushpa Raj is returning to dominate the global box office. I hope everyone has an ambitious and determined year and achieves all of their goals. Cheers to 2024 as a new year! August 15, 2024, marks the global release date of Pushpa 2: The Rule.

Pushpa 2 is written and directed by Sukumar and is supported by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. Allu Arjun plays the lead role in the film, while Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna return to their respective parts.

One of the most costly Indian films to date, the film is reportedly stated to have been produced on a budget of Rs 500 crore.

In addition, Singham Again is slated for a theatrical debut on August 15, which falls on Independence Day. The action movie is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Ajay Devgn Films, Jio Studios, Reliance Entertainment, and his production company, Rohit Shetty Picturez.

Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Siddharth Jadhav are among the ensemble cast members who feature in the movie. It is the follow-up to Shetty’s 2014 film Singham Returns and the fifth installment in his Cop Universe.
