The creators of “Pushpa 2: The Rule” reportedly spent Rs 60 crore on the Jatara scene

The much-awaited sequel to Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” which is helmed by Sukumar and features Rashmika Mandanna, is reportedly nearing completion. On Allu Arjun’s birthday, the crew recently released a teaser that gave fans a glimpse of the much-awaited jatara moment.
The teaser’s sequence cost the makers an astounding Rs 60 crore to film, according to a News18 report.

The trailer features Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, all out in traditional garb that evokes the spirit of Tirupati’s Gangamma Thalli jatara. This includes a blue pattu saree with elaborate body paint and an apparent abundance of jhumkas, necklaces, and bangles.
According to the article, the producers spent thirty days shooting this six-minute clip, which indicates that it needed a substantial budget. Allu Arjun allegedly underwent 51 takes to refine the sequence, even though he was experiencing excruciating back agony throughout the one-minute and eight-second teaser.
Given the significance of the moment to the plot, a source told HT that while the film’s crew has not disclosed the precise amount paid, it was a big expenditure.
In addition, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Brahmaji, and Anasuya Bharadwaj have important roles in “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” with Jagapathi Babu as the primary adversary. The film will be available in a number of languages when it opens on August 15.
