After competing in the evening gown and swimsuit rounds, Mannat Siwach made it to the Top 8 and provided the following response:

What would the world look like if you could start over? How would it vary from the way things are now?

When asked how she would change the world from the way it is today, she said, “The very first thing I would do is to establish peace rather than conflict. Due to the problems occurring throughout the globe, my nation, India, has experienced many problems. However, I think that peace is something that can improve both India and the whole world. This is necessary because we need other people’s affection, warmth, and hospitality. To make a difference, we need people to understand one another, to listen to one another, and to be nice to one another. I would build a universe like that.

She was asked the same thing again in the top 5.

What would the world look like if teenagers ruled it? How should they handle the grownups?

She responded, “I think that if teenagers were to rule the world, they would respect adults and they would create a world where people would bring in acceptance, which is a problem that is not only in India but also worldwide, they would create a world where everyone lives with dignity and they would create a world that is at par with the 21st century, they would create a world where people live with love, respect, and kindness.

She remarks on this accomplishment by saying, “You don’t get to be named India every day. To get there, it takes years of perseverance, commitment, and a positive mindset. I felt a wonderful sense of pleasure and honour to wear the sash of India over my breast, particularly considering that I have a military history and that serving my nation is in my DNA. I am really appreciative of the amazing experience I had travelling the world as an ambassador for India. Showcasing the beauty, variety, and rich culture of our beloved country has been an honour and a pleasure.

She said that she was unable to describe her feelings when questioned about them. A mixed bag of emotions is perhaps the best way to describe how it felt to be only one step away from winning or losing. Though I do think that losing teaches you to persevere, pick yourself back up, and most importantly, it teaches you the importance of winning, I think that losing is more educational than winning.

She replies, “My experience at the pageant was nothing less than wholesome,” when asked about her time there. Being with females from very various backgrounds is absolutely amazing. Every time I spent with them has enhanced my life, and I am very grateful for all the memories we had. Competing while living in a foreign nation is a difficult challenge. It is difficult, and in order to get through the difficulties, one must adopt an optimistic outlook. I was just concerned with doing my very best to ensure that I wouldn’t have any regrets in the future. Giving it your all is the key to bringing about change because, as I have previously said, life only provides you two chances: you can either drown or swim. My quest to inspire others and make a difference never ends. Competition is never about winning, in my opinion. It involves planning, having bravery, realising your passion, and cultivating your aspirations and convictions. the obstacles and hardships, and coming out as a confident person.”

She lavishly and eloquently compliments her colleagues. Every successful dream has a strong team working for it. My sincere appreciation to everyone who helped make it possible for me. Credit for my ability to serve the nation goes to my organisation, my parents, whose beliefs and ethics make me proud and self-assured, as well as to my whole family, friends, and fans. I was able to persevere because of the people’s faith and belief.

She ends by promising to never stop dreaming and to hold onto her positivity. Will always search for the bright side. Always try to see the best in others. Discover the wonder in the little things, and have faith that everything is possible if you have the will to succeed.
