While filming “Mark Antony,” a truck smashes in front of Tamil actor Vishal
Actor Vishal, who mostly appears in Tamil films and is now waiting for the release of his new movie Mark Antony, related a story of how he and his co-star S. J. Suryah almost avoided a car accident during the film’s production.
In a media interview on Wednesday, Vishal described the incident: “It happened when Suryah sir and I were filming a segment. We were both standing in our spots when the vehicle that was coming at us lost control. We were frozen there.
“I don’t know who prayed for me,” he said, “for as I saw the truck heading toward us, it suddenly took a turn and smashed on the side saving both Suryah sir and myself, and we got out of it without a single scratch. I had the impression that I had been to hell and back at that time.
As a result of surviving the disaster, he said, “I asked everyone on the set to allow me some time so that I could make sense of what occurred and calm myself down.
On September 22, the Hindi version of Mark Antony will be shown in theaters.
