Why Aamir Khan Danced at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s Pre-Wedding but Not at Ira Khan’s Bash has been revealed

Pre-wedding celebrations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were a spectacular display of talent, capped off with the renowned Khans of Bollywood lighting up the dance floor. Taking center stage, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan enthralled the crowd with an impeccable performance of the well-known hook dance from the popular song “Naatu Naatu.” After that, a fan questioned the superstar’s involvement in the dance at Mukesh Ambani’s son’s pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, drawing comparisons with his alleged absence from the wedding of his own daughter, Ira Khan.

In response, Aamir said that he did, in fact, dance at Ira’s wedding. “Mukesh ke bete ki shaadi mein bhi kia kyuki Mukesh mere bahut hi kareeb dost hain, apni beti ki shaadi mein bhi kia.” I consider Nita, Mukesh, and their children to be family. Main bhi unki shaadi mein nachta hu, woh bhi meri shadi mein naachte hain (Since Mukesh is a good friend, I also danced at the wedding of my daughter and his son). The actor said, “I dance at their weddings, they dance at mine.”

While promoting Laapata Ladies, Aamir emphasized the value of encouraging independent filmmakers and up-and-coming talent in the business. “Otherwise, it will be tough to make good cinema,” he said, expressing his hope that viewers will reject the stereotype that only action movies work well in cinemas. He motioned to take a lighter and a pipe out of his pocket.

He proceeded to light the pipe and remarked, “If you watch a movie that you like but doesn’t have stars in it, please use zaroor support kariye.”

Laapataa Ladies received a standing ovation after its Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) debut the previous year. Key characters in this social drama are played by Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Chhaya Kadam. The story, which takes place in 2001, centers on two young newlyweds who part ways on a train. The complex plot takes shape as police officer Kishan investigates their abduction. Laapataa Ladies, which is based on the well-known narrative of Biplab Goswami, is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Kindling Productions and is presented by Jio Studios.
