Why Rambha, an actress, gave up acting at the height of her career

Among the most adored actresses of the 1990s and early 20s was Rambha. When she made the decision to give up performing and wed Indrakumar Pathmanathan, a businessman from Canada, she was at the height of her career. On April 8, 2010, the couple exchanged vows at Karnataka Kalyana Mandapam in Tirumala. They are the parents of one boy and two girls.

Following her noteworthy performances with Salman Khan in Judwaa and Bandhan, the actress shot to popularity. She made the decision to cherish her marital life and avoid the spotlight, even though she claimed to have dominating positions in the film business. Her last motion picture appearance was in the Malayalam flick Filmstar in 2011. She hasn’t been in the limelight since then.

Rambha now resides in Toronto with her family. She maintains an active social media presence and publishes photographs and videos that often go popular, all while avoiding the spotlight.

The actress had emotional difficulties at one point in her life. There were rumors circulating in 2016 that the actress and her husband, Indrakumar Pathmanathan, were going through a difficult time. Rumors surfaced that Pathmanathan had previously wed to Dushyanti Selvavinayakam.

Rambha said that he was ignorant of the circumstances. There were rumors that the actress was thinking about divorcing her spouse in the wake of these discoveries. The actress later denied the news of their breakup.

Originally called Vijayalakshmi, Rambha was born on June 5th in Vijayawada. She began her acting career while still a student. She took part in the Annual Day event in seventh grade. She attracted the attention of director Hariharan at this occasion, and he gave her the role of Vineeth in the Malayalam movie Sargam.

Her career as an actor encompasses several film genres, including as English, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. She has worked with a number of well-known actors, including Mohanlal, Venkatesh, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Chiranjeevi, Vijayakanth, Rajinikanth, and Mammootty.

After her trip to Toronto, Rambha went back to work. She appeared as a judge on Vijay TV’s Kings of Comedy Juniors and Zee Telugu’s ABCD-Anybody Can Dance. In addition, she represents Chennai-based Kolors Healthcare as a brand ambassador.
