After the release of Epstein Files Part 2, Ghislaine Maxwell hired dozens more girls

New Delhi: According to a fresh set of papers submitted in court today, Jeffrey Epstein enjoyed socializing with the world’s elite both before and after it was revealed that he was a sex trafficker and pedophile. The previously secret investigative records describe in detail how the financier recruited victims and covered up his crimes by using his ties to the wealthy and well-known.

On Wednesday, a court in New York started revealing the identity of those connected to the case of US billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who committed himself in 2019 while awaiting prosecution for sexual offenses.

The records originate from a legal lawsuit filed in 2015 by Virginia Giuffre, who claims to have been one of the several young girls that Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, trafficked.

The over 1,000 pages of comments and depositions in the records include a number of noteworthy people, including music icon Michael Jackson, scientist Stephen Hawking, and former US presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.

The evidence of Johanna Sjoberg, who said Prince Andrew touched her breast once at Epstein’s home in Palm Beach, Florida, and Alfredo Rodriquez, Epstein’s former butler, who remembered giving little girls cash when they came, are included in the records. According to one leaked document, Sjoberg said that Epstein told her, “Clinton likes them young, referring to girls.”

A recent released material package included testimonies of several of Epstein’s victims who accepted $200 payments to get massages for him and his pals. The papers show that high school kids made up the majority of his youthful victims.

An email correspondence between writer Sharon Churcher and Giuffre, Epstein’s accuser, is also included in the records. In the 2011 conversation, Churcher informs Giuffre that her worries over “which side” Vanity Fair was going on an Epstein piece are valid.

In response, Giuffre makes an unverified allegation that Bill Clinton barged into Vanity Fair and threatened the publication because of the report.

“When I was doing some research into VF yesterday, it does concern me what they could want to write about me considering that B.Clinton walked into VF and threatened them not to write sex-trafficing [sic] articles about his good friend J E,” Giuffre stated in her message.

As one of the most vocal Epstein victims, Giuffre—who now resides in Australia—has brought attention to prominent people who were in Epstein’s sphere of influence. She said in her lawsuit against Prince Andrew that he was one of numerous strong men whom Epstein “lent” her to mistreat. Later, the younger brother of King Charles was deprived of his honorific titles and royal patronages by the royal family.

In July 2019, Epstein was accused of trafficking in sex, but he committed himself in a Manhattan jail cell before he could face charges. In prison for 20 years, Maxwell was found guilty of sex trafficking.
