Everyone responsible for the atrocity on October 7th will face justice: Minister of Defense for Israel
According to Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, all those implicated in the October 7, 2023 strike will face consequences.
The Israel Defense Minister said in a statement late on Wednesday that “everyone who was involved in the October 7 massacre will be brought to justice.” We will either execute them or have them tried in Israel.
A safe area “won’t exist, not in Gaza, not outside of it, or in any other Middle Eastern country,” he said. They will be held accountable by us.
Following his visit to the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, Gallant released the statement.
His remarks are seen as unambiguous proof that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have intensified their hunt for top Hamas figures, such as Mohammed Deif and Yahya Sinwar, who are thought to be the organization’s masterminds behind the October 7 assaults.
Gallant’s comments coincided with rumors that Ismael Haniyeh and Khalid Mashel, two prominent Hamas figures, were lodging in Qatar.
