Russia Fears Germany Could Start World War 3: Documents Leaked

Germany is getting ready for war with Russia, the Bild daily said, citing papers it obtained from the German Defense Ministry that were secret. The site speculated that World conflict 3 would break out by claiming that Russia might escalate its conflict on Ukraine by targeting NATO allies the following year. The news comes as the continuing confrontation between Russia and Ukraine nears the two-year mark. Russian authorities, meanwhile, called the Bild article “fake” and declined to comment.

The report also claimed that Russian military units in Europe are getting ready to launch a cyberattack on NATO’s eastern flank.

According to Bild, which cited sources close to the defense minister, the “Alliance Defence 2024” scenario calls for the deployment of tens of thousands of German troops to the front lines in a matter of weeks as part of an escalation process.

According to the German site, Russian soldiers will launch a “spring offensive” against Ukrainian troops since money from the West is running low.

It also explained how NATO would protect its friends and how Russian soldiers will move forward step by step, month by month.

According to the confidential papers, the fighting is expected to intensify in September, which is why Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to organize a massive military drill in Western Russia and Belarus that would include around 50,000 Russian soldiers.

The papers state that Russia might then send soldiers and mid-range missiles to Kaliningrad, a Russian province sandwiched between Poland and Lithuania, two NATO members.

Additionally, Bild said that by December, Russia may take advantage of the US presidential election to disseminate its propaganda and incite additional bloodshed.

According to the memo, NATO would respond to the Russian military build-up by May 2025 with “measures for credible deterrence” in order to avoid fighting between Russian and Western forces.

Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Kremlin, was questioned about the allegation by the Russian news agency TASS, but he declined to comment. “Recently, this newspaper has regularly stooped to publishing various fake news items and canards,” Mr. Peskov said.

The article was rejected as “last year’s horoscope” by Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the Russian foreign ministry.
