After a long day, relax with these simple drinks

Put on your barman’s hat and relax with your loved ones while sipping your preferred beverage—it may be an Indian-inspired cocktail, a summertime whiskey concoction, or a martini with a twist. Check out these Pernod Ricard India recipes!

Cubes of ice

Vodka Absolut: -1 1/2 parts

Part 3-4 of Kahlua

Parts 3 and 4 of espresso

Technique

1. Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.

2. Combine one-third vodka, two-thirds Kahlua, and two-thirds espresso.

3. Give it a good shake to release the froth, then pour it into a cocktail or martini glass. Add three coffee beans as a garnish.

Technique

Pour ice cubes into a shaker.

Include every component.

Pour through a strainer into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.

Kickin’ Cold Brew from Ballantine

Components:

35 ml of Ballantine’s Finest Whisky

Kahlua coffee liqueur (15 ml)

Cold-Brew Coffee

Five milliliters of sugar syrup

Technique:

1. Add ice to a shaker.

2. Add the simple syrup, coffee liqueur, and Ballantine’s Finest. Add cold-brewed coffee on top.

3. Give it a jiggle

This summer, Ballantine’s Pitcher

Components:

100 ml of Ballantine’s Finest Whisky

25 ml of fresh lemon juice

Lillet Blanc 25 ml (Sweet White Vermouth substitute)

400 ml of lemon soda

Lemon: 1

Verdant Grapes

Technique:

1. Add 15 to 20 ice cubes to your pitcher.

2. Include a few lemon slices and cut green grapes in half.

3. Add 25 ml of fresh lemon juice, 25 ml of Lillet Blanc, and 100 ml of Ballantine’s Finest.

4. Add 400 cc of lemonade on top.

5. Stir it well and pour out a circle.

L77 Saffron Sour Kashmiri

Components:

60 ml of Longitude 77 Indian Single Malt Whiskey

30 ml of Kashmiri Saffron Syrup

Lime Juice (20 milliliters)

Three drops of egg white and magic velvet

Lemon 1

Verdant Grapes

Accessory:

Kashmiri Turmeric Oil

Strands of Kashmiri Saffron

Technique:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with all the contents, and mix well.

2. Include ice and give it a good shake.

3. Strain finely into a chilled glass Nick & Nora

4. Use a dropper to garnish with saffron or chile oil.

L77 Mango Smash Alphonso Ratnagiri

Components:

Indian Single Malt Whiskey Longitude 77 – 60ml

Alphonso Mango Juice (20ml) (aamras)

Lime Juice (15 ml)

Twenty milliliters of mint syrup

30ml of cow’s milk

Accessory:

Aam Papad’s Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango/Mango Leather Slice

Technique:

In a cocktail shaker, combine all components (except from the milk), add ice, and shake vigorously.

2. Pour in the milk and strain; let it settle. Use a coffee filter to filter.

3. Garnish with aam papad and serve in an Old Fashioned glass with an ice block.
