Forty pupils take part in the competition for creating stories

Today, the English Literary Society sponsored a story writing competition run by the postgraduate English department at AS College.

Forty students in all, from a variety of streams, took part in the tournament. For the sake of their intellectual development, Principal KK Sharma urged the kids to engage in these literary pursuits.

Dinesh Kumar, the department head, commended the pupils and expressed gratitude to the principal for his assistance.

The department’s efforts were commended by Barinder Dewett, general secretary, and Shamender Singh, president of the institution.
