Meet Rashi Bagga, who received a record-breaking package of employment despite not being from IIT, IIM, VIT, or NIT

The number of job placement packages offered to graduate and postgraduate students in India has significantly increased in the last few years. High wage offers are no longer exclusive to esteemed universities like IITs and IIMs. Rashi Bagga, a BTech student at the International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur (IIIT-NR), is one such instance. Last year, Bagga made headlines when she was offered an annual employment compensation of Rs 85 lakh.

With this accomplishment, IIIT-NR students will have access to the best package available in 2023. It’s interesting to note that before this offer, Rashi Bagga had previously had a good employment offer from another business. But since she was eager to see what else was out there, she went to other interviews and ultimately received this amazing job offer.

Another IIIT-NR student, Yogesh Kumar, has also seen success. He has obtained an offer from a global organization to work as a software development engineer, paying Rs 56 lakh a year.

A global corporation offered Ravi Kushashwa, a student at IIIT-NR, a job offer of Rs 1 million per year back in 2020. Regrettably, the COVID-19 epidemic prevented him from joining the firm. The placement office of IIIT-NR reports that the current batch’s average CTC has been adjusted to Rs 16.5 lakh annually, with a median CTC of Rs 13.6 lakh annually.
