The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will hold its annual psychological counseling sessions for the Class 10, 12 students of the 2024 batch today, January 1. The board plans to introduce IVRS, podcasts, and telecounselling services to assist students in getting ready for their final examinations.

The board said that with IVRS, users may obtain crucial contact data for CBSE offices, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), stress-free preparation tips, and time and stress management in both Hindi and English.

Additionally, it said that cbse.gov.in would provide bilingual audio on these topics.

Telecounselling will be available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

This year, the facility is being provided by 65 principals, certified counselors, special educators, and psychologists from government and private schools associated with the CBSE. 52 of them are from India, while the other 13 counselors are from the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras-al-Khaimah), Kuwait, Nepal, Japan, Doha, Qatar, and Oman (Muscat), according to a news release from CBSE.

The final theoretical examinations for CBSE Classes 10 and 12 are scheduled to start on February 15; practical tests may start in schools on January 1.

Board websites provide sample papers, date sheets, question banks, and other resources for download.
