The celebration of breaking the fast and the conclusion of Ramadan coincide with Eid-ul-Fitr. According to the Islamic Hijri calendar, which began on April 8 of this year, Ramadan is observed as a month-long practice of fasting from dawn to sunset. It is a joyful celebration. Every morning it begins with prayers, and then there are meals with family and friends.

1. Changezi Chicken
The first thing that comes to mind when you think of anything hot is chicken changes. With the fragrant Indian spices, you may enjoy the taste of chicken that combines rich flavor and royal aura. To prepare chicken changes, marinate the chicken and make the gravy with cream, yoghurt, and spices. To give the chicken a flavorful finish, fry it and add some cream on top. Step 1: Chop your green chilies and prepare the chicken with a blend of spices, such as coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, and Kashmiri chilli powder.
Step 2: Use yogurt and Indian spices to marinate your chicken. Before moving forward, combine all the ingredients and let it settle for a few minutes.

Step 3: Pour oil into a nonstick skillet, then equally add the chicken. Fry it for two to three minutes on each side, or until the masala nicely coats the meat.

Step 4: Add all of the spices and ginger-garlic paste, stirring occasionally. Gently whisk in the yoghurt and continue to cook for a little while. After adding the tomato puree and green chilies, simmer for about five minutes.

2. Biryani with Awadhi Mutton

Every step is executed flawlessly, starting with the marinated mutton and ending with the masala. Every mouthful is a joy, infused with the richness of cashew nut paste and a fragrant fragrance. Recipe: Step 1: Add Indian spices (cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, and cumin seeds) to a heavy-bottomed kadhai and sauté for two minutes. Don’t forget to stir in the onions and fried mutton.

basic ingredients. prepared with brown sugar, milk, saffron milk, long-grained basmati rice, and a few drops of Gulab Ark. For a delicious touch, you may top it with chopped dried fruits and crushed rose petals.
How to Cook:

Step 1: Before doing anything else, soak one cup of long-grained basmati rice for thirty to forty minutes.

Step 2: Grind the wet rice into a coarse, thick paste, then drain the water.

Step 3: In a big, heavy kadhai, boil one litre of milk and simmer it for ten to twelve minutes. Don’t forget to whisk the thickened milk between each addition of rice paste.

Step 4: Continue stirring after adding 2 tablespoons of saffron milk and ¼ cup of sugar. Mix well after adding the cardamom powder and rose petals.
Step 5: Garnish iced saffron rose phirni with crushed rose petals and chopped fried fruits. Have fun!
