A congressional candidate emphasizes his accomplishments

Following his obeisance at the Gurdwara Fatehgarh Sahib, Dr. Amar Singh, the Congress candidate from Fatehgarh Sahib, began his campaign. Along with him were Sahnewal’s Bikram Singh Bajwa, former minister Randeep Singh Nabha, and former MLA Kuljit Singh Nagra.

Dr. Amar Singh addressed the party workers, highlighting his accomplishments as the MP for Fatehgarh Sahib. He said that he had consistently brought up constituency-related concerns in Parliament and had been successful in introducing a number of initiatives to his area.

He said that the goal of the current election was to preserve democracy rather than to win or lose. It was crucial to beat Modi because, in his words, if the BJP won again, it would be the final election. His only chance of defeat is in Congress.
