A video of an Andhra man beating elderly parents over a property dispute goes viral, leading to his imprisonment
A suspect was taken into custody by Madanapalle police for reportedly violently attacking his elderly parents over a property dispute.
The event happened on Saturday at Ayodhya Nagar in Neerugattuvaripalle in Madanapalle town. It was discovered on Sunday when a video of it became popular on social media.
Srinivasulu Reddy was named as the accused. A couple in the area said that their own son had been abusing them, according to DSP Prasad Reddy, Venkataramana Reddy, and Lakshmamma. When Srinivasulu Reddy’s parents insisted on participating in the property distribution, an argument broke out. But things rapidly got out of hand, leading to a furious brawl.
The local authorities acted quickly to investigate the incident after receiving a complaint from the victims. After being examined in detail, Srinivasulu Reddy was taken into custody and then arrested on charges pertaining to the attack.
