Academic and Administrative Aspects Will Be Improved by IIM-A Training for MCD School Principals: Atishi

According to Delhi Education Minister Atishi on Friday, the training given to MCD school principals at IIM Ahmedabad would prepare them to handle the problems they confront every day and enhance both the academic and administrative aspects of their schools.

Atishi said that a “educational revolution” would now be seen in these schools while interacting with the MCD school principals who were at IIM-A for a school leadership and management program.

Everyone is aware of how the previous MCD administrations treated teachers poorly. I guarantee all principals that they will have all the resources necessary for their personal and professional development. A revolution in education would now be seen in MCD schools as a result of the success in Delhi government schools, according to Atishi.

Additionally, she emphasized that the principals are the “flag bearers of the education revolution” and encouraged them to treat the training as a mission.

“The attitude, mindset, and working style of a principal reflect the condition of the school. The Delhi government has placed a strong emphasis on principals’ professional development and capacity building since 2015, according to the speaker.

Speaking to the teachers at IIM Ahmedabad, Atishi said that the teachers at MCD serve as a “beacon of hope” for hundreds of kids and parents.

The Delhi minister urged the principals to embrace the training with the greatest seriousness, perceiving it as a mission to be carried out further in their schools.

On June 29, a five-day training session for 47 SCERT Delhi principals and three instructors got under way.
