Amazing achievement of Ramban Viaduct construction in J&K: Gadkari

In a number of postings, Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari said that the building of the 1.08-kilometer Ramban Viaduct—which has four lanes—had been successfully completed in Jammu and Kashmir. According to him, the ₹ 328 crore project is located on National Highway-44 between Udhampur and Ramban.

According to Gadkari, this remarkable viaduct has 26 spans and a structural design that combines steel and concrete girders. When it is finished, Ramban Bazar’s traffic congestion will be much reduced, allowing for a smoother flow of cars, he said.

The Union Minister said, “We stand committed to providing Jammu and Kashmir with an exceptional highway infrastructure, embracing the visionary leadership of PM Shri Narendra ModiJi.” According to him, this enormous accomplishment boosts the area’s economic development and enhances its appeal as a premier vacation destination.
