BDJS, an ally of the BJP, has announced candidates for two additional Kerala LS seats

The BJP’s ally in Kerala, the Bharath Dharma Jana Sena (BDJS), unveiled their candidates for the southern state’s Kottayam and Idukki parliamentary seats on Saturday.

Thushar Vellappally, the state president of BDJS, said that he would run from Kottayam, while Sangeetha Vishwanathan, an attorney, would represent the party in Idukki.

At a news conference held here, he said that the state executive, which convened on Friday, made the decision.

The BDJS said last week that K A Unnikrishnan from Chalakudy in the Thrissur district and Baiju Kalasala from the Mavelikkara seat will be running for office.
