BJP MP Nishikant Dubey wrote to the Speaker requesting that Danish Ali’s inappropriate behavior be looked into as well

The Lok Sabha Speaker should also look into Danish Ali’s “indecent” behavior and comments, according to BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Saturday. Danish Ali was recently the target of disparaging remarks in the House from Ramesh Bidhuri, a member of the governing party.

However, Dubey was unequivocal in his condemnation of Bidhuri’s remarks, stating that neither they nor any other decency in society can excuse them.

“However, the Lok Sabha Speaker should also look into Danish Ali’s inappropriate comments and actions. According to Lok Sabha regulations, obstruction of another MP during his given time, speaking while seated, and providing a running commentary all result in sanctions, he wrote on X.

According to Dubey, who has served as a Lok Sabha MP for close to 15 years, he spends more time than others in the House. “I never thought that I would witness such a day,” he said.

The BJP was humiliated and outraged by Bidhuri’s angry outburst in the House on Thursday; as a result, Speaker Om Birla warned him and his own party demanded a show-cause order.

Bidhuri’s comments were removed from the records of the Parliament. Ali, who has called for action against Bidhuri and attacked the governing party over the matter, has attracted support from opposition parties.
