Car rally near Shambhu border in support of farmers who are protesting

Misl Satluj, a socio-political group, organized a demonstration in solidarity with the farmers who are protesting today.

Following their convergence in Rajpura, members of the group from Mohali, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Rupnagar, Bathinda, and Nawanshahr proceeded in procession to the Shambhu border.

“Hundreds of cars of Misl Satluj cadres came from all over Punjab to show their solidarity with the farmers,” said Ajaypal Singh Brar, head of Misl Satluj. We believe that a regional political party is essential to addressing Punjab’s problems, and we are here to support the cause of our farmers. The Misl Satluj will soon release a software designed to narrow this divide.

In the afternoon, a massive convoy of cars transporting the protestors arrived at the border. Several notable Misl Satluj members, including Brar, Devinder Singh Sekhon, Tejwinder Singh Mangat, Handeep Singh Doad, and Gursimran Singh Takhar, informed the farmers about the detrimental effects of the WTO.
