Dehradun Diary: Following Ram Lalla Darshan, the CM is overcome

On Tuesday, Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister, visited Ram lalla in Ayodhya with his cabinet colleagues. Before leaving for Shri Ayodhya Dham, CM Dhami landed at Jolly Grant Airport with his cabinet colleagues Satpal Maharaj, Premchand Aggarwal, Subodh Uniyal, Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Rekha Arya, and Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal. Dhami and his cabinet colleagues bowed down before Lord Rama with reverence. The CM revealed his feelings after receiving the God’s darshan, indicating how much the visit had affected him. “My heart was brimming with devotion and elation,” he said.

Flowers are going to be placed at Raj Bhavan.

During the Vasantotsav, the Raj Bhavan will be decked up in flowers from March 1st to March 3rd. The police department will take part in this event for the first time as well. “This year, Thunbergia has been selected for a special postal cover,” said Governor Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh (Seni). The governor said that the state is known for its distinctive floral character and that there are a lot of opportunities for flower production in this area, which might be beneficial for Uttarakhand. Singh emphasized that Uttarakhand had to be transformed into a state known for its flowers.

Scheme named after Kamala Nehru by the BJP government

A BJP minister has provided an alternative example in Uttarakhand’s present political climate, when retaliatory attitudes, intensifying confrontations, and growing hostility among different parties are on the increase. Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, the cabinet minister in the BJP-led Uttarakhand government, has declared an effort that goes beyond politics to give the Kamla Nehru Award to deserving youngsters. Dr. Rawat said that 14,935 gifted pupils who placed first in the Council Examination-2023 would get the esteemed Kamala Nehru Award for their moms.
