During the CWC Hyderabad meeting, Congresswoman Sonia Gandhi emphasizes the need for INDIA-BLOCK unity

The Congress has decided to make the INDIA bloc a “ideological and electoral success” in order to rid the nation of “divisive politics” at the CWC meeting in Hyderabad, with party chief Sonia Gandhi praising the bloc’s cohesion.

During a meeting of the Congress Working Committee (CWC), Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reportedly urged that the party should avoid engaging in a “Hindu-Muslim debate” in apparent allusion to the Sanatana Dharma issue.

The party has also vowed to make the INDIA bloc a “ideological and electoral success” in order to rid the nation of “divisive politics” and guarantee that the populace receives a sensitive and responsible leadership.

Rahul Gandhi said during the CWC meeting in Hyderabad that the party should only talk about the poor, who he claimed were being neglected under the BJP’s “crony and capitalist” administration, according to the reports.

According to the sources, the CWC also “wholeheartedly” praised the INDIA bloc’s ongoing cohesion, stressing that it had already alarmed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP.

The CWC conducted its first meeting after being recreated, and the party made the claim in a 14-point resolution that was approved by it.

The CWC was very concerned about the “increasing unemployment and continuous rise in prices, especially of essential commodities” in its decision.

The resolution said that “the so-called rozgar melas of the prime minister were a hoax to cover up the abject failure to create, as promised, two crore jobs a year.”

It expressed profound sorrow at Manipur’s “total breakdown of the constitutional machinery” and ongoing bloodshed.

The state has been brutally split for more than four months as a result of the BJP’s polarization strategy, according to the Congress’ highest decision-making body.

“The silence and neglect of the Prime Minister (Narendra Modi), the failure of the Home Minister (Amit Shah), and the intransigence of the Chief Minister (N Biren Singh) have led to an unprecedented situation where there are repeated clashes between the security forces and civilians as well as between the Army/Assam Rifles and the state police force,” according to the Congress.

The CWC said that the sparks from Manipur now pose a hazard to the whole Northeastern area.

The CWC repeated the Congress’ call for the Chief Minister to be dismissed immediately and President’s Rule to be imposed.

The highest decision-making body of the Congress categorically denounced “China’s incursions into Indian-held territory and the repeated provocations, such as the publication of maps that include Arunachal Pradesh and other parts of India.”

The CWC urged the government to be transparent on the border issue with China and to take a firm stance against any attempts to undermine India’s territorial integrity.

The CWC restated the party’s call for an investigation into the shocking findings in the Adani case by a joint parliamentary committee.

According to the CWC’s decision, the Modi administration promised to meet the MSP and other requests of farmers and farmers’ organizations, but they are now facing mounting debt.
