A terrible occurrence occurred in Gurugram’s sector 37 when a two-year-old toddler fell into a manhole and died. The authorities claim that the boy’s parents left the manhole open. The event happened in Sihi village on Wednesday night as the youngster, Pradeep Kumar, was playing close to his father Bhagat Kumar’s tea business, according to SHO Satyawan.

“My youngster slipped into the manhole when he was playing near my tea shop. He was discovered sleeping in the sewage when we began looking for him, Kumar said in his complaint, which was cited by the news agency PTI. “My son was pulled out of the sewer by the police team, who then took him to the hospital, where the doctors pronounced him dead,” he said.

The boy’s father allegedly told the SHO that his kid perished as a result of the officials’ carelessness. He claimed in the lawsuit that “my son died due to negligence of the department concerned.”

SHO Satyawan said that Kumar, a Nepali native, has been operating a tea shop in the area for the last two years together with his family. The SHO said that in response to his complaint, a FIR was filed at the Sector 37 police station on Thursday under Sections 304A (causing death by carelessness) and 283 (risk or obstruction in a public way or line of navigation) against unidentified people.
