In the G20 conference, Margaret MacLeod highlighted the varied US-India partnership

There have been important developments in the US-India bilateral talks at the G20 conference now taking place in India. The spokeswoman for the US State Department, Margaret MacLeod, expressed excitement about the conversations and highlighted the wide spectrum of industries where India and the US work together.

“We will have discussions on a number of issues,” MacLeod said. In areas such important new technology, artificial intelligence, education, student mobility, and others, India and the US collaborate closely. America wants to collaborate with India after observing the aspirations of Indian youth.

A reporter from ANI spoke with MacLeod at the event in Hindi to find out the particular subjects the leaders will cover.

Margaret MacLeod said, “At this time, there is no information about their exact goal. But I can say that the topic of conversation will probably be world peace. In several areas, including important developing technologies, artificial intelligence, education, and student mobility, we have collaborated with India. America is ready to collaborate closely with India after seeing its student population, ambitions, and goals.

Regarding the voice of the developing world, MacLeod recognized India’s expanding economic power and attempts to make its voice heard internationally. She underlined the value of incorporating viewpoints from all across the globe in meetings and disclosed continuing conversations for participation in the African Union, which the United States supports.
