India attacks Pakistan in the UN, claiming it has the most questionable history in all areas

India responded sharply, denouncing Pakistan’s “very dubious track record” in all areas and denouncing the “destructive and pernicious” statements made by Islamabad’s representative at this UN General Assembly.

Following Pakistan’s UN envoy Munir Akram’s lengthy criticism of India during his speech to the UN General Assembly meeting on “Culture of Peace,” which included references to Kashmir, the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, and the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, India’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador Ruchira Kamboj, responded sharply.

“One last thing before we go…in this Assembly, we continue to concentrate on positive communication as we work to foster a culture of peace in the face of these difficult times. As a result, we have decided to disregard the statements made by a certain delegation, which are harmful and poisonous and not only lack etiquette but also take away from our group’s work, Kamboj said on Thursday.

“We would strongly advise that delegation to adhere to the fundamental values of decency and tact that need to underpin all of our conversations. Or is it asking too much of a nation that has a very questionable history in every way?” she questioned.

According to Kamboj, terrorism is incompatible with both the culture of peace and the central ideas of all major faiths, which promote harmony, understanding, and compassion.

It sows strife, fosters animosity, and erodes the universal principles of peace and respect that form the foundation of all religious and cultural traditions around the globe. As my nation fervently believes, it is imperative that Member States actively collaborate to foster a true culture of peace and to see the globe as one big family.
