J’khand: ‘Obscene dancing’ video appears when minister is present, prompting a fight

During the opening of a new school building in Chatra, a video of an inappropriate dance performed in front of Jharkhand Minister of Labour, Planning, Training, and Skill Development Satyanand Bhokta went viral, prompting the BJP and others to criticize the minister.

The minister attended the groundbreaking ceremony for a new school building in the Hunterganj block in the Chatra district of Jharkhand as the occasion’s chief guest.

A guy may be seen dancing in women’s clothing in the video.

According to reports, Bhokta was tapping the table while the youngster danced. Dinesh Mishra, the district education officer, also attended the event.

Babulal Marandi, the head of the BJP’s Jharkhand branch, has criticized the administration over the issue.

Deepak Prakash, a Rajya Sabha member for the BJP, tweeted a link to this video along with the following commentary: “How obscenity is being served in front of small children on the inauguration programme of a government school building in Jharkhand and that too in the presence of Hemant Soren-led government’s minister and other officials.”

Satyanand Bhokta and District Education Officer Dinesh Mishra’s effigies were set ablaze by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Thursday in Chatra.

The student organization also staged a parade to the Chatra district administration building.

“The way the minister was enjoying the obscene dance, it seems that his mentality is like this,” the ABVP members wrote.

District Education Officer Dinesh Mishra has received a show-cause notice from K. Ravikumar, the education secretary for Jharkand.
