Lessons from the IIM Ahmedabad Incubation Centre Will Help Shape the Delhi Government’s Youth Programme

The AAP government’s young entrepreneurship plan would be heavily influenced by the knowledge gathered from the IIM Ahmedabad’s incubation hub on entrepreneurship, Delhi Education Minister Atishi said on Saturday.

She claimed her party-led administration was considering implementing the “Business Blasters” concept at both technical and higher education institutions when she was visiting the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.

Atishi said that the Business Blasters course aims to encourage young minds to discover their entrepreneurship potential and contribute to India’s thriving startup ecosystem.

She said that the plan gave Delhi government schools’ pupils the tools they needed to create jobs rather than just find them.

“The Business Blasters project has given thousands of Delhi government school students the skills they need to create jobs and boost the country’s economy. Students from Delhi’s higher education institutions are now in the driver’s seat, the minister said.

The Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship at IIM-A invests in young start-ups and provides a world-class incubator for their growth.
