Man Arrested in Navi Mumbai for Having Unnatural Sex with a Worker

According to authorities, a coaching class owner has been charged with a crime after reportedly molested and engaging in unnatural intercourse with a teacher in Navi Mumbai.

The Rabale MIDC police have filed a case against the accused under sections 377 (unnatural offenses) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to incite disruption of the peace) of the Indian Penal Code as a result of a complaint made by the lady, an official said.

According to the woman’s complaint, the defendant allegedly promised her a position in his coaching class and a 50% partnership.

According to the official, the accused reportedly brought the lady to a hotel in Rabale on Friday under the pretense of showing her how his lessons were applied. While there, he allegedly forced her to have unnatural intercourse with him and abused her.

According to him, the victim is from Bengaluru and the accused provides coaching lessons in nearby Mumbai. They met online.
