Man murders a woman in Uttarakhand and discards her body in bushes

According to authorities, the decomposing corpse of a lady who was reportedly slain by her spouse was discovered in the Ranipur neighborhood of this city six days ago.

A top police officer said that the guy murdered the lady and disposed of her corpse in the woods.

According to Haridwar Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh, accused Puneet, a native of Dhampur in the Uttar Pradeshi district of Bijnor, has been taken into custody.

According to him, on July 26 police in Tibri discovered a decomposing corpse and some garments in the bushes on the side of the road.

A young woman’s corpse was discovered during the inquiry, but her identification could not be determined, according to authorities.

The decomposing corpse was recognized as the missing lady when the police started looking into the event.

According to authorities, it was discovered during the inquiry that the lady and Puneet had been dating for a number of years but that their families had been opposed to their union since they belonged to different castes.

The victim reportedly got engaged somewhere else, while Puneet wed another lady in February of this year.

According to the authorities, the accused continued to put pressure on the dead to stay in contact with him after they were married.

The lady changed her cellphone number since she was sick of it. Puneet was enraged by this, so under a pretense he contacted her to meet with her. He reportedly murdered her there after taking her there. They said that he escaped after throwing the corpse into the woods.

According to the authorities, Puneet was a supervisor at a business owned by SIIDCUL.
