The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) Board met on Tuesday at the Secretariat amid worries over the increasing AQI in the city. Anil Gupta, an expert panel member, said that worries about a potential reduction in air quality or pollution in general were not mentioned at the conference.

According to the AQI scale, the air quality is considered to be “good” between 0 and 50, “satisfactory” between 51 and 100, “moderate” between 101 and 200, “poor” between 200 and 300, “very poor” between 301 and 400, and “severe” between 401 and 450.
