Nine years of the Modi government produced the world’s tallest rail bridge and the largest road tunnel in Asia: Singh, Jitendra

Some of the national-level historic projects that have arisen in this constituency during the past 9 years since Narendra Modi took over as Prime Minister include the world’s tallest rail bridge and Asia’s longest state-of-the-art road tunnel. During a two-hour luncheon meeting on Sunday that he held for PRI members, Panches, Sarpanches, BJP office bearers, and other activists from his constituency, Union Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh made this statement.

The discussion was a component in a cycle of frequent feedback meetings that Singh has been holding with the delegates from various areas of his constituency. Doda, Basholi, Billawar, Kathua, and Ramban were among the regions that were represented at the conference. In the last nine years, the Udhampur-Doda-Kathua Lok Sabha Constituency has seen unprecedented development activity; however, more has to be done to raise awareness of this in all areas of the constituency, according to Dr. Jitendra Singh.

It is a source of pride for all of us that even two days ago, when opening the largest convention centre in the world, Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned the tallest railway bridge in Reasi. He also opened the longest road tunnel, “Chenani to Nashri,” which was named after Syama Prasad Mukherjee. In his Man Ki Baat broadcast at the same time, Prime Minister Modi also discussed the productive Aroma Mission and lavender cultivation in Bhaderwah.
