Police in Madhya Pradesh arrest three people for kidnapping and assaulting two tribal brothers

Three men were detained by the Madhya Pradesh Police for reportedly beating two tribal brothers while they were being held hostage, along with a little kid. After the brothers were involved in an accident and a confrontation with the accused, the event took place in Indore.

The state police were alerted to a video showing the two boys being physically mistreated on social media, and they identified the suspects. They detained the suspects, named as Sumit Chowdhary, Prem Singh Parmar, and Jaipal Singh Baghel.


Only a few days ago, a video of a guy urinating on a tribal person sparked uproar on social media. Now, there is mistreatment of tribals in Madhya Pradesh. As he bathed the tribal person’s feet, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh met with the victim and apologized for the abuse. Also detained are the accused.

Aditya Mishra, deputy commissioner of police, is quoted as saying that two brothers, including an 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old child, fell to the ground on Friday as a result of their bike skidding near the Rau police station.

Following the road accident, the two reportedly got into a fight with the accused, at which point they were brought to a security guard’s room and beaten. According to reports, the victims were freed in the morning.

The boys were reportedly brought to a hospital, where their conditions were described as stable, and DCP Mishra briefed the media about it.

According to reports, the offenders were charged in accordance with pertinent sections of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, and Indian Penal Code.

The footage of this event that has been making the rounds, according to DCP Mishra, reveals that there were other persons involved as well, and people are looking for them.
