SAD brings up public concerns with the MC Commissioner

These days, people, colony representatives, and political parties are occupied with addressing and denouncing the Municipal Corporation for its lack of action in providing municipal facilities. Under the direction of senior party officials Pawan Tinu and Gurcharan Singh Channi, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) members visited MC Commissioner Gautam Jain on Wednesday and gave him a paper outlining problems that are bothering residents.

A primary concern brought to light was the disarray and abundance of trash strewn all over the place. The email said, “No area is clean and illegal dumps of garbage are mushrooming everywhere—from posh colonies to every nook and cranny of the city.”

In addition, the topic of traffic issues that are bothering city dwellers was covered.

The memorandum went on to say, “Jalandhar residents are not satisfied with the work and it is a big task to get a map passed by the officials to make a house.”
