Science Museum Opening, Library Automation, 100% Attendance Since 11 Years, 75 Teachers Win National Award Their Some feats

Some of the accomplishments made by the 75 National Teacher winners include automating libraries, creating a scientific museum, going 11 years without missing a day of class, and cleaning the school’s grounds and restrooms by themselves.

50 instructors from public schools, 13 from higher education, and 12 from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship are among the recipients.

In 2007, Mujib Rahiman from the Kendriya Vidyalaya in Palakkad, Kerala, created software that gives many Indian school libraries free access.

Teachers employed by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and the Department of Higher Education are now eligible for the National Teachers’ Award.

A senior MoE official stated, “The goal of the National Teachers’ Award is to honor those teachers who, through their commitment and dedication, have not only improved the quality of education but have also enriched the lives of their students.”

“Each award comes with a silver medal, a monetary prize of Rs 50,000, and a certificate of excellence. The honorees will also get a chance to speak with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the source said.

According to authorities, Gujarat has the most awards among the chosen instructors with five, followed by Karnataka and Maharashtra with four apiece.

The prize will go to three teachers from each of the following states: Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh.

Additionally chosen for the honor are two teachers from CBSE schools in Delhi and Meerut, two from Kendriya Vidyalayas (in Kerala and Indore), one from Navodaya Vidyalaya in Madhya Pradesh, one from Eklavya Model Residential School in Madhya Pradesh, and one from a CISCE school in Punjab.
