Shah video: Youth Cong handles are being complained about

Mumbai: According to a police official, a complaint was made on Monday against the social media accounts of the Maharashtra Youth Congress and 16 other parties for disseminating a deepfake video purporting to show Union Home Minister Amit Shah of the BJP declaring the reduction of SC, ST, and OBC reservation rights.

According to an official, BJP official Pratik Karpe filed the complaint at the Bandra-Kurla Complex cyber police station.

According to the complainant who went to the police, Shah’s deepfake video was extensively disseminated with the malicious goal of discrediting him.

According to Karpe, the deepfake video was produced using a distinct set of words and meanings from the original Amit Shah film.

According to the complaint, Amit Shah had said in his original address that the unconstitutional Muslim reservation would end and Telangana’s SC, ST, and OBCs would regain their rights.

The accused produced a fake video of the speech, which was extensively shared on social media. Karpe complained to the police, saying that they should remove the deepfake video right away and file charges against those who disseminated it with the purpose of sowing discord, animosity, and hate among various classes.
