The private secretary of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is fired by the Directorate of Vigilance

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi’s personal secretary, was fired by the directorate of vigilance on Thursday.

The special secretary for vigilance, YVVJ Rajshekhar, issued the order, citing an ongoing lawsuit against the secretary, Bibhav Kumar, dated 2007.
“The Competent Authority hereby terminates the engagement of Bibhav Kumar in terms of the provisions of Rule 5 of the Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965, with immediate effect,” said the decree.
