When searching CM Kejriwal’s home, the ED discovered nothing: Saurabh Bharadwaj

According to senior AAP politician Saurabh Bharadwaj, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) searched Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s home but was unable to discover any proof.

Present at Kejriwal’s Civil Line home when he was detained, Bharadwaj said that all the ED discovered was Rs 70,000, which they later returned.

The minister in Delhi stated that the agency’s operation turned up no proof, no property papers, no illicit money, and no money trail.

Before detaining the chief minister, Bharadwaj said that the ED searched his home and stole his cell phone.

Kejriwal was detained by the ED on Thursday night in connection with a money laundering case involving excise laws, and he was brought to the agency’s headquarters here, according to sources.

Hours after the Delhi High Court denied to shield the AAP national convenor from any coercive action by the organization, the first arrest of a sitting chief minister took place.
