Cricket Star Is Missed by a Photographer in NYC

Marcus Stoinis is one of the most well-liked Australian cricket players. He significantly contributed to the Australian team’s success in the 2021 T20 World Cup. He has so far played in 60 ODIs and 51 T20Is. Stoinis participates in the Indian Premier League as well.

Clearly, Stoinis is a well-known personality in the cricket community. It seems that the United States is an exception to this norm. Sarah Czaenuch and Stoinis were recently seen vacationing in New York, USA.

They were walking down the street when David Guerrero, a photographer, approached them to snap their picture.

Guerrero was unable to recognize them, so he inquired where they were from. He still wrote, “Street photography w/ this beautiful Australian Couple,” in a post on X.

The cricket fans didn’t ignore the message, however.

Aaron Finch will step down as Australia’s T20 captain, while all-rounder Mitchell Marsh, who was selected skipper for the forthcoming T20I series against South Africa, will get the first chance to take his place.

Finch resigned from Twenty20 International cricket earlier this year after a successful 76-match tenure as captain, which was highlighted by guiding Australia to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup championship in Dubai in 2021. In selecting his successor, the selectors took their time.

The gifted all-rounder Marsh will have the chance to contend for the top spot right away now that he has been selected captain of Australia’s forthcoming T20 tour of South Africa.
