The UP Board Establishes the “Samadhan” Portal to Handle Student Issues

For its pupils, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), sometimes referred to as UP Board, has created a special “Samadhan” webpage.

The platform is intended to provide solutions for millions of current and past students at more than 27,000 UP Board-affiliated institutions. Complaints will be handled in a span of 15 days.

This will be completed without requiring the student or legal guardian to rush to the regional or national offices of the UP Board.

Dibyakant Shukla, the UP Board Secretary, opened a special “Samadhan” webpage for students on Saturday.

According to Shukla, the UP Board’s high school and intermediate exams see around 55 lakh students each year.

Because there are so many applicants, there are also correspondingly more flaws in their academic records, and it is very difficult for the candidates to correct these problems by going to the board’s regional offices in Prayagraj, Varanasi, Meerut, Bareilly, and Gorakhpur. 13 various kinds of services and facilities would be made available online for the first time to those who are interested and in need via the “Samadhan” Portal, which was created with the interests of the students in mind, he added.

The officers in question will be held accountable if the issues are not corrected in 15 days. Additionally, a control room is being established at the board’s Prayagraj headquarters to supervise the problems’ resolution. By registering them and assigning them a case number, complaints, issues, and questions from parents and students on two toll-free lines will be handled in this control room. The concerned student will also be notified when a solution has been discovered.
