Security for the MotoGP finale is stepped up by the UP police, with one SP rank officer stationed at each race zone

In the aftermath of the UP International Trade Show and the MotoGP finale, special provisions have been made for over two lakh cars, according to Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Commissioner Lakshmi Singh on Saturday.

“We have split the MotoGP region into 7 zones and put an SP level officer in each zone. For the traffic, special preparations have been taken. We have made preparations for 2 lakh cars in light of the UP International Trade Show and MotoGP final on September 24,” said Commissioner Singh.

The MotoGP Bharat, also known as The Grand Prix of India, the first Moto GP event to ever take place in India, began on September 22. The qualifying and main race will take place in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on September 24.

Kadai Yaseen Ahmed, the lone Indian participant in the MotoGP Bharat, said earlier on Friday that the race’s organization in India is a source of national pride. He continued by stating that his participation in the race alone is an awesome experience.

The Grand Prix of India, which is being put on by FairStreet Sports in association with Dorna Sports, will feature 41 teams and 82 riders competing in the MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 categories. Notable competitors include Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Brad Binder, Jack Miller, and Jorge Martin.

UP International Trade Show 2023, meantime, began on September 21 in Greater Noida and will end on September 25 at the India Expo Centre and Mart. The trade fair intends to give UP’s startups, businesses, micro, small, and medium-sized companies (MSME), and regional crafts visibility on a global scale.

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, and President Droupadi Murmu both attended the Trade Show’s opening ceremony.

President Droupadi Murmu was present when Chief Minister Yogi spoke at the inauguration event on Thursday. He remarked that the new Uttar Pradesh has recognized its potential and is exposing itself to the world by converting its size into talents.

“Uttar Pradesh went from being a Bimaru state to a rich state in the past six years. Additionally, it has a significant impact on the Indian economy. By converting its size into abilities right now, the new UP is introducing itself to the world, he said.
