UP: After arguing with a woman, a guy shoots her dog

Police stated on Tuesday that a man reportedly started shooting after arguing with a lady, in which she only just managed to flee while her dog was killed. They said that Kalpana Chaturvedi was walking her dog when the incident happened on Sunday in the Vijay Nagar neighborhood.

She allegedly got into a fight with lawyer Arvind Verma Bhullan, who intimidated and harassed her, according to the police. According to the police FIR on the incident, Bhullan then fired fire, killing the dog while narrowly missing Kalpana. The lady said that she left the area in order to protect her life.
