A professor from America claims to have seen a UFO under the sea and describes a thrilling experience

Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are the subject of many interesting tales, but a recent claim made by an American academic adds a fresh angle: a UFO traveling quickly under the water. Drawing on his background as a defense analyst, Virginia Tech professor Bob Maguire made this startling claim. Working at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Maguire had an experience in which he said he saw an alien spaceship traveling over the ocean.

Maguire emphasizes that his explanation left no opportunity for misinterpretation or misunderstanding. He said that he heard indications indicating the presence of a rapidly moving underwater object while doing official responsibilities on board the USS Hampton Submarine. According to reports, the submarine’s sonar detected an Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) moving faster than the speed of sound in water. The professor draws attention to the amazing fact that the submarine managed to stay whole in spite of its incredible speed, therefore avoiding the possible harm that an item of its kind may do.

This is an interesting occurrence that happened in 1990, and Maguire claims that at the time, authorities specifically told him to keep the information private. He worked on a confidential project throughout the event, which added to the secrecy. When talking about the incident, Maguire doesn’t provide any particulars like the time and location.

Maguire revealed recently that the whole incident happened in a matter of seconds. Since the fastest submarine travels at 230 miles per hour and sound travels at around 3330 miles per hour, it would seem that only exceptional submarines or extraterrestrial vehicles could pass at such speeds.

Interestingly, this allegation corresponds with an earlier event involving Harvard University scientist Avi Loeb. Loeb suggested that the fifty tiny, spherical iron shards he had found on the Pacific Ocean seabed may have come from an extraterrestrial interstellar spacecraft. These reports keep stoking curiosity and conjecture about the presence of unexplained occurrences in the air and under the water.
