Hero Passion Plus Returns to India, with a Launch Price of Rs. 76,065

Hero Passion Plus has returned to the Indian market three years after being discontinued owing to the BS6 Norms. The most costly bike in the brand’s 100 cc category is the Hero Passion Plus, which was re-released at a price of Rs 76,065 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

It is the sixth model in the company’s inventory to make use of the venerable air-cooled, single-cylinder, 97.2cc “Sloper” engine, which is modified to produce 8 horsepower and 8.05 pound-feet of torque. The Hero MotoCorp HF and Splendor models share the same component. The new bike has the company’s own i3s start/stop technology.

The new Hero Passion Plus weighs 115 kg, making it Hero’s heaviest bike in its class. The bicycle has cast alloy wheels with tubeless 80/100-18 tires on both ends. At both ends, 130mm drum brakes are in charge of stopping. The bike’s suspension is taken care of by dual shock absorbers and telescopic forks.

Hero MotoCrop is also getting ready for the June 14 launch of a new product. A teaser posted on social media by the company piqued interest in what attendees may anticipate from the event.

The business gave its dealer an advance look at the new Karizma XMR 210, which raised hopes for a quick launch. Hero subsequently confirmed, however, that the much-anticipated 160-cc category bike will be unveiled during the event. The Hero Xtreme 160R will now launch on June 14.

In addition to having improved engine and performance above the normal Xtreme, the forthcoming bike may also receive a fresh paint job and a cosmetic update to its current aesthetic. Hero is anticipated to provide a cutting-edge, completely digital cluster in the future model, with the option of smartphone connection and turn-by-turn navigation, very similar to what is seen on the XPulse.

Social media-famous spy images of the forthcoming Xtreme 160R hinted that it would use USD forks up front rather than telescopic ones. After the formal launch, further information will be verified.
